My Desk
Everything you choose to keep, in the order you choose to read it.
My Desk is where Compass becomes yours. Save any brief, essay or map, gather them into collections, and follow the topics and products you track so they lead the page. Search the full record and keep the searches worth repeating. Nothing is profiled and nothing is inferred: your desk holds only what you choose.
Every Compass member has a desk. What it opens follows your membership.
-
Keep anything
Save from every product, briefs, essays, Flash, scorecards, Nexus maps and special reports, and sort it into collections of your own.
-
Follow what you track
Choose topics and products. They lead your desk, newest first. No reading history, no guesswork.
-
Research the record
Search every published piece by product, topic, author, series and date. Save the searches worth repeating. Recent ones stay private, and you can switch them off.
-
Your products, in one place
Each product's latest edition, side by side, with the Purple Brief beside them.
-
Your verdict, privately
Like or dislike any piece. Only you see your vote; our editors see only the totals.
-
Notes and clippings
Write a private note on any piece and clip the passages that matter. They live on your desk and are never shared.
-
Play my briefing
Today's pieces from what you follow, narrated in order, with lock-screen controls.
-
Keep it as a PDF
Clean, branded PDFs of the articles you can read. Analyst Desk adds dossiers and briefing decks.
-
Read in your language
Translate any page on demand. The sources and citations travel with you.
-
Resume and share
Turn on Continue reading to pick up exactly where you stopped, and share a highlight that opens on the exact passage.
